 - The person who is making the booking must have Public Liability insurance up to $10,000,000. 

- Full payment to be made 7 days prior to booking date

- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to booking date will not be entitled to a refund

- Reschedules less than 7 days prior to your shoot may be possible in some circumstances but this is at the discretion of the owner and subject to availability

- Villa Catalina is to be left in the same state as it was upon arrival. Any damage or cleaning may incur extra costs.

- No pets (unless agreed prior with the owner)

- No Parties or events (unless agreed prior with the owner)

- No smoking inside the building

- Do not enter any rooms that have not been agreed to with owner.

-The owner reserves the right to be at the premise the entire duration of the booking.

- As Villa Catalina is a family home, please ensure you finish on time so that the family can return to normal family life. running overtime may incur extra charges.

- We ask that you do not arrive early to your shoot, all set up and pack down must be factored into your booking time
